As a rapidly growing fintech firm, iBanFirst aimed to implement a robust HR approach to accommodate future growth and organizational development. They needed an interim Chief People Officer to cover the full range of HR responsibilities during a period of fast international expansion and cultural transformation.

We stepped in to support iBanFirst in October 2021, initially taking on the role of interim Chief People Officer for the entire Group.
